Marres, Noortje

Noortje Marres ist Professorin für Science, Technology and Society am Centre for Interdisciplinary Methodology an der Universität Warwick (UK) und Gastprofessorin am Sonderforschungsbereich «Medien der Kooperation» an der Universität Siegen. Zu ihren Veröffentlichungen gehören Material Participation, Basingstoke u. a. (Palgrave Macmillan) 2012 und Digital Sociology, Oxford (Polity Press) 2017. Sie ist Forschungsleiterin (PI) des internationalen ORA-Projekts «Shaping 21st Century AI: Controversy and Closure in Research, Policy and Media» und erhielt das Leverhulme Fellowship für das Projekt «Beyond the Lab: An empirical philosophy of intelligent vehicle testing in the UK».
